Carrier
For domestic orders within China, BIOMATRIK arranges direct shipping through qualified domestic logistics partners. For international orders, shipments are fulfilled through trusted global carriers, including FedEx, DHL, and other major express services. If you provide your own carrier account (e.g., FedEx or DHL collect account), we can ship using your account without additional shipping and handling charges. Otherwise, shipping costs will be included in your invoice.
Methods
For domestic shipments (China), standard express, next-day delivery (where available), and scheduled pickup services can be arranged depending on your location and urgency.
For international shipments, available options typically include FedEx International Priority, DHL Express Worldwide, and other expedited international delivery services. Please indicate your preferred shipping method when placing your order, and our team will confirm feasibility based on destination and product requirements.
Storage
Most BIOMATRIK products are stable at ambient temperature during short-term transport. However, for long-term storage, we generally recommend keeping products at -20°C or lower unless otherwise specified on the product label or technical datasheet. Please review the storage instructions provided upon receipt to ensure optimal product stability and performance.
Terms and Conditions
1. Pricing：
The price can be obtained by visiting the seller’s website, sending an email or contacting the customer service by phone. BIOMATRIK INC. reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
2. Reagent Returns:
BIOMATRIK Customer Service must be notified within 14 days after receipt of the product of any request to return a reagent product. A return authorization is required for all returns. Not all requests for return will be granted: for example, in the case of a Buyer’s purchasing error or change in the order subsequent to shipping the product, authorization will not be granted. Special orders and custom products or products which cannot be resold will not be authorized for a return absent defects. Biomatrik may choose to verify any performance problems prior to authorizing return or replacement. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the Buyer. Please contact the Customer Service department via email or phone to request authorization to return, more information, or clarification of our policies.
3. Product Use Limitations:
BIOMATRIK sells products for research use only and is not liable for misuse of anyproducts.
4. Custom Synthesis:
You can contact our sales staff by email or phone to put forward your customized requirements. Once our R&D team confirms that production is feasible, we will send you a quotation and production cycle.
Customized reagent orders are usually completed within 2 to 8 weeks.
5. Reagent Warranties:
BIOMATRIK products are warranted only to conform to the quantity and contents stated on the label at the time of delivery to the Buyer, or, with respect to custom products; the specifications agreed with the customer at the time the order is taken.
